Upcoming Retreats
Thursday 30th October 2025 - Sunday 02nd November 2025
We are Jorhito and Sabeth. We have been friends for years, co-creating sessions combining Yoga and sound that come from a place of mutual respect, Love and understanding. Our growing closer as friends was the seed for the joy of creating together.
Now, once again, this retreat is offered purely out of Love for Sound,Yoga and each other - for the sake of giving back to You in an even more intimate way. We will wrap your physical body into a blanket of togetherness, listen closely to what the energetic body needs and make sure your Soul will be nurtured with warmth, movement, vibrations and mouth-watering food. These are the ingredients our Soul Balm is made of.
Just as the energy of a community is created by but not limited to every individual, every element of the retreat contributes to a program that is more than the the sum of its parts. It will leave you feeling light, renovated, energetic, in peace, accepted, nurtured, warm, grounded, optimistic and attuned to your Soul.
What we offer
We share our knowledge and Love through various practices. Every day is going to be different! And You are part of the process, your way of contributing will shape the space and the community :)
Sabeth is trained in (trauma-sensitive) Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa - she likes slowness, offering Yoga practices that are based on interoception, choice and invitation. As a psychotherapist, she sees and understands Yoga through the lens of emotions and self acceptance. In her experience, the practice of singing Mantra together is deeply connecting, heart-warming, and a beautiful way to access our feelings in community. To her, Bhakti - the Yoga of devotion - is like therapy for the Soul.
Jorhito is an experienced Sound facilitator who loves accommodating people by creating soft and flowing soundscapes.
With a background in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, he also brings a deep understanding of alignment, structure, and the power found within simplicity, enriching his sound journeys with a grounded, embodied presence.
As facilitators, we combine breath work, Sound, trauma-sensitive yoga and chanting, with an openness for whats needed in the moment. We will never stop being surprised by the many ways people can heal and feel supported by the practices of Yoga and their community.
What Jorhito likes about Sabeth: I really like your cadence or rhythm in the classes. Somehow pretty active in intention and flowy in movement. As I mentioned before, all the knowledge about east holistic medicine (Chinese and all what you are good at). I love and admire your strong and soft personality reflected in these intense bright strong cat eyes.
What Sabeth likes about Jorhito: I love your calm, trusting, gentle ways, your humbleness, your sincerity and respect towards the effects of yoga and sound. Ilove how I don’t have to control everything to feel safe when we work together because I know I can rely on you. I love that we love each other.
Food
Nourishing the body, supporting the soul: Another essential element in creating a space where you can reconnect with yourself, your soul, and the community - is the food. To make this retreat a truly holistic experience, it will be accompanied by lovingly prepared, nourishing meals. With a focus on plant-based dishes, each meal is created to nourish, support, and energize you throughout the retreat. The food offers your body a chance to reset, rest, and replenish, gently holding you as you move through your personal journey.
Embodying the essence of the season, the meals will embrace the gifts of comforting flavors of autumn: warming, grounding ingredients that help you settle into the rhythm of the time. An invitation to slowdown, savor the moment, and feel deeply cared for - creating space for you to open, connect, and come home to yourself. The huge and cozy community room with an open kitchen is going to be the place of shared delicacies, talks and laughter. If you have any special dietary restrictions or wishes, let us know in advance!

A Note on Pricing & Philosophy
We offer this retreat on a sliding scale, because we deeply believe that this kind of space. One that fosters connection, rest, and community, should be accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstances.
At the same time, we rely on this income to make these retreats possible.
Here’s how the pricing works:
Supported rate. This is below the actual cost of the retreat. It’s here for those who would not otherwise be able to attend. If that’s you, please know you’re genuinely welcome to choose this option. Reach us out.
Sustainer rate. This covers the true cost of your participation. Choosing this helps us run the retreat sustainably and fairly pay everyone involved.
Supporter rate. This goes above and beyond the cost and helps subsidize spots for others. If you have the means, choosing this tier allows us to offer more accessible pricing to those with fewer resources.
Your choice of rate really matters. If you’re able, please consider choosing the Supporter or Sustainer rate. It helps us keep this work going and extend it to more people.
Pricing by room type (for the full retreat):
Double room: 570€ (Supported) / 620€ (Sustainer) / 690€ (Supporter)
Triple room: 540€ / 590€ / 660€
Quad room: 510€ / 560€ / 630€
We’re trying to build something more just and generous. We hope you’ll join us in that spirit.
NONNA Hof/area
NONNA is a beautiful house located somewhere between Berlin and the baltic sea. With its huge community space, cozy bed rooms, private sauna and garden it is the perfect place to live the slow life, think carefully and be present for new encounters. It’s located close to several natural reserves, but even just stepping out of the door and going for a long walk is really delightful. The landscape here iskind of open and minimalistic, the sky is wide and so are the fields you will stroll through.
NONNA can be reached by public transport or car from Berlin in about 2-3 hours.
If you would like to go by train, take the RE3 to Ducherow. Let us know in advance, how and when you will be getting there, so we can arrange the pick up from the train station or possibly connect people who want to go by car and are looking for companions to share the ride with.
Once you are there, there is a small farm shop in the neighborhood offering eggs, honey and self-made jam and that’s about it. But no worries, food-wise you will be 100% taken care of. If you like, bring warm socks, a hot water bottle, your rain jacket, a good book, your journal and slipers/flip-flops. Towels and bed sheets are provided.
