Join us in the Teltane Sound Celebration. A full day of sensory nourishing rituals to celebrate the first harvest.
With an emphasis on sound and vibration, reconnecting to our voices and bodies in this special time of year when we begin to reap the bounty of nature. Lying back into sound beds, and activating our contributions to the tapestry of ancestral connections, we will connect to deepest reverence for all that grows, how to give and how to share.
The day will bring together different practices, such as breathwork, sound journeys, journaling and rituals… all accompanied by music and sound. On this powerful day of the year, we deeply enjoy the gifts of Mother Nature, and we deepen our gratitude for her generosity, tuning our minds and hearts to what we offer back.
Don’t forget to bring your water bottle & towel to enjoy the beautiful Sauna and the fresh cold water swimming pool.
Foodwise, Ola will nourish the day with lunch that you can choose & buy directly on site. Alternatively you can bring your own food (although we do recommend to taste her magik).
Join Jorhito (Sound, Breathwork and Yoga Facilitator) and Erin Lang aka Foundling (Singer, Harpist and Sound artist) for grounding breathwork, sound journeys that are both softening and adventurous, a voice weaving and activation workshop, and sharing and honouring the grains and sharing bread and beautiful food full of sunshine and magic.
